Jillian Hennessy was born the year 1968 on November 25 and is well-known as an outstanding Canadian actress, singer, and songwriter. Her contributions to American TV have been well-known. Her fame is due to her outstanding performances on the American television show Law & Order where she was awe-inspiring for the viewers over three seasons playing prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan wherein she played the protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy did not forget to show off her acting skills in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. In addition, she produced and wrote these movies. Hennessy started her acting career with her sister in 1988 playing twin call girls in Dead Ringers. Her brief time on Broadway with the hit musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in 1990. She then stepped into the realm of sci-fi back in 1993 when she played the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. Her big break came later in the year, in which she was a cast member as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Three seasons of her part was an instant hit with fans. In 1996, she left the show. Parker is well-known for her appearances in television and film series such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys by the Side and the West Wing Angels of America and for which she received a Golden Globe Award as well as an Emmy Award. Parker is also the recipient in 2001 of the Tony Award for Best Actress for her role in the Broadway play Proof.
